Bone In Standing Prime Rib Roast: If you aren't familiar with this cut. let me explain what you are looking at in these pictures. Everyone loves a good Ribeye right? Well if you look closely at the processor's pictures of our meat, you'll notice that is an ENTIRE whole rack of ribeyes "French Cut". The "French Cut" means the entire rack is trimmed of the fat that accumulates along the last inch of the rib. And when it is cooked, the rib will extend another 1/2 inch or so, giving a mouthwatering presentation.

Next, the system is going to ask you for shipping information. Provide the shipping address where UPS can deliver your meat. We ship FREE via UPS Ground. The normal transit times are only 1 - 2 days. We ship using 1.5 inch thick insulated EPS Coolers. Our meat is frozen to 0F and packed with dry ice.
If you would prefer to pick up from our farm, no worries! Just give us a call at (251) 321-1038 after you check out. We'll give you directions and set up a day/time that works for you. Farm pickups are available 7 days a week while the sun is up.
Remember, it is important to immediately unpack your cooler upon delivery, and freeze the contents that you do not wish to thaw and eat immediately. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only to ensure your order gets to you before the weekend.

We cooked part of our standing rib roast as well as the side of ribs and invited another couple over for dinner. The side of ribs were melt in your mouth awesome!!! The standing rib roast was spectacular. A LOT of humming and moaning thruout the meal. Left overs were French Dip meals. We will be back for more and look forward to trying out other beef products
