Considered by some to be the Rolls Royce of Steak... our Dry Aged Filet Mignon cannot be beat. This decadent cut comes from cattle aged 14 - 18 months of age. They have been dry aged for 14 - 21 days depending on the carcass composition. We pack a minimum of 6 steaks for every order for a minimum of 3lbs. This cut sells out before all others. Pre-Ordering for our next shipping date would be the wisest decision. We do not offer this cut in any of our standard bulk packs.

When you go through checkout the system is going to ask whether you want to create an account or checkout as a guest. Choose your option.
Next, the system is going to ask you for shipping information. Provide the shipping address where UPS can deliver your meat. We ship via UPS Ground. The normal transit times are only 1 - 2 days. We ship using 1.5 inch thick insulated EPS Coolers. Our meat is frozen to 0F and packed with dry ice.
If you would prefer to pick up from our farm, no worries! Just give us a call at (251) 321-1038 after you check out. We'll give you directions and set up a day/time that works for you. Farm pickups are available 7 days a week while the sun is up.
Remember, it is important to immediately unpack your cooler upon delivery, and freeze the contents that you do not wish to thaw and eat immediately. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only to ensure your order gets to you before the weekend.

I prepared mine in a cast iron skillet, with a herb/garlic butter topping....and they literally melted in your mouth! Don't waste your money at the local steakhouse, these are by far better!
