 Product Description

So you want to buy a Dry Aged, Naturally Grown Out Cow?  Not a problem!  We have two different formats for you to choose from.

Option 1 - Standard Cuts - 400lbs - $8lb Processing, Packaging & Shipping is included:  Ready to ship now.  You can checkout using this post.  Our standard cuts include the following

  • Roasts - Cut 3 - 4 inches or whole.  They include:  Chuck, Shoulder, Rump, Top Round, Bottom Round, and Eye of Round
  • Steaks - Cut at 1.25 inches in thickness.  They include:  Porterhouses, T-Bones, Bone In Rib Eyes, Sirloins, NY Strip, Skirt, and Flank.
  • Ground & Lean Trim - 85/15 Ground Beef, Sirloin Tips, Stew Beef, and Ground Chuck.
  • Ribs & Briskets - Our famous "Dino Style" Beef Ribs, long cut (7 - 9 inches long), Briskets trimmed of all excess fat.
  • Specialty Cuts - The Fabled Tri-Tip Roast.  Grills like a steak, cuts like a brisket, with the robust full beef flavor of a Sirloin Steak... a West Coast favorite!

Option 2 - Custom Cuts - $5.25lb on the Hanging Weight of the Cow - Call us at 251-321-1038 to Order!

  • You can have the side of beef cut any way you choose.  Whole Tenderloins, Filet Mignon, Standing Prime Rib Roasts, Tri-Tip Roast, 7 Steaks, NY Strips, Whole Briskets, and Ribs short or Long are all options.
  • Please call us to order Custom Cuts.  Do not check out for this option.  We always have beef aging.  So all we need to do is put you with the right cow :)

The Steaks have all been cut at 1.25 inches. They are tender, thick, and delicious! The Roasts are cut at 3" - 4" inches except for the Bottom Rounds which are whole and thicker!  Ground is packaged in ~1 pound packs as are Stew Beef and Beef Tips.  All cuts are vacuum sealed for safe freezer storage for up to 12 months.

All of our meat has been dry aged and is so tender your mouth will leap out your mouth and smack the back of your head for depriving it for so long!

When you go through checkout the system is going to ask whether you want to create an account or checkout as a guest.  Choose your option.

Next, the system is going to ask you for shipping information.  And then finally, billing information.

Please note!  This is 400lbs of meat.  If you can come to our farm to pick up, it's your best option.  You will need four to five 100 quart coolers to haul this amount of meat.  Our meat is frozen at 0 degrees.  DO NOT bring ice please!  It will cause your meat to begin to thaw as it is warmer than the meat.  Just give us a call at (251) 321-1038 after you check out.  We'll give you directions and set up a day/time that works for you.  Farm pickups are available 7 days a week from 10:30a to 4pm during the winter.

If you want us to ship to you, please provide the shipping address where UPS can deliver your meat.  The normal transit times are only 1 - 2 days.   We ship using 1.5 inch thick insulated EPS Coolers.  Our meat is frozen to 0F and packed with dry ice. Understand it would be a great idea if you are home to receive the package.  Tracking information will be provided.  This shipment will come in up to 10 EPS Coolers.   We ship at no charge to Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. 

Remember, it is important to immediately unpack your cooler upon delivery, and freeze the contents that you do not wish to thaw and eat immediately.  We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only to ensure your order gets to you before the weekend.
